  •  eggs 
  • cups mushrooms fresh sliced
  •  green onion sliced
  • 0.3 cup real mayo mayonnaise kraft
  • cup milk 
  • tsp oil 
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded kraft
  • oz stove top stuffing mix for chicken
  •  tomatoes thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add mushrooms; cook 4 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Beat eggs, milk and mayo in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in stuffing mix.
  4. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.
  5. Bake 35 min.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 15 min. or until center is set and cheese is melted.
  7. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
