Ingredients

  • tablespoon butter melted
  •  eggs 
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • oz pizza cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup ricotta cheese 
  • 13.2 oz bread crumbs refrigerated french pillsbury® simply® canned
  • servings salt and pepper 
  • 0.5 cup pkt spinach fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup tomatoes diced

  • cutting board

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. On large ungreased cookie sheet, press dough into 14x6-inch rectangle.
  3. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  5. Spread evenly with ricotta cheese. Top with spinach and shredded cheese. Make three small wells going down middle of pizza and gently break an egg into each well. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden, cheese is melted and egg yolks are cooked.
  7. Remove pizza to cutting board. Top with tomatoes.
