  • 0.5 tsp pepper black
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups milk italian* three cheese blend shredded 2% kraft
  • 0.5 lb pasta uncooked
  • Tbsp olive oil divided
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • 1.5 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless
  •  baby squash yellow sliced
  •  zucchini sliced

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with pepper.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165F).
  5. Remove to plate; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add remaining oil to same skillet.
  7. Add squash; stir-fry 3 min.
  8. Add garlic; stir-fry 3 min. or until squash is crisp-tender.
  9. Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Toss pasta with reserved water in same pan; place on large serving platter. Top with chicken, squash and remaining ingredients.
