  • 1.3 cups chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium
  • 0.5 lb fettuccine barilla uncooked
  • tsp flour 
  • 0.3 tsp garlic powder 
  • oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese cubed ()
  • Tbsp parmesan cheese divided grated kraft
  • 0.3 tsp pepper 
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into strips

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Mix flour and broth in same skillet with whisk. Stir in Neufchatel, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan, garlic powder and pepper; cook 2 min. or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken.
  5. Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
  6. Add chicken mixture; toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
