  • 14 ounce artichoke hearts drained quartered canned
  • tablespoons cheese blue crumbled
  • ounce fettuccine barilla refrigerated
  • cup mushrooms fresh sliced

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. While pasta cooks, coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add artichokes and mushrooms; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add alfredo sauce to artichoke mixture; cook until thoroughly heated.
  5. Place drained pasta in a large bowl.
  6. Pour sauce mixture over pasta; toss to combine.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
