  • 1.3 cups half-and-half 
  • 3.4 oz jell-o vanilla flavor pudding instant
  • large peaches fresh sliced
  • 0.5 cup raspberries fresh
  •  ready-to-use pie crust refrigerated
  • cup cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Unroll pie crust onto baking sheet; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
  4. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and half-and-half in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Spread pudding mixture onto crust just before serving; top with fruit.
