Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup breadcrumbs french homemade ()
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • oz cream cheese softened
  • 10 oz spinach frozen chopped
  • large garlic clove pressed
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 12 oz marinated artichoke drained chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • cup parmesan shredded

Directions

  1. Drain spinach, press between layers of paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, and next 5 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well.
  3. Spoon into a lightly greased 11"x7" baking dish.
  4. Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over spinach mixture.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve with assorted crackers, bagel chips or breadsticks.
