Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup beef broth dry white
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • slices bread french
  • cups beef broth low-sodium
  • cups onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • tablespoon sugar

Directions
