  • 0.5 cup celery chopped
  • 0.5 cup cucumber seeded chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup dill weed fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • ounce seashell pasta 
  • servings salt to taste
  • tablespoons shallots minced
  • ounce shrimp drained canned
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour
  •  tomatoes diced

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse under cold running water to cool.
  4. In a serving bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, dill and black pepper. Gently stir in the pasta, shrimp, celery, cucumber, tomato and shallots.
  5. Mix in salt to taste and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
