Look no further than these Fresh Pork Sausage Patties! Perfect for antipasti, as a starter, snack, or appetizer, these patties are flavorful, easy to make, and can be prepared in just 50 minutes. With each patty containing only 79 calories, you can serve up to 30 persons without guilt.

These patties are made with a unique blend of ingredients, including coarsely chopped frozen bacon, fresh rosemary, garlic, and a hint of spicy red pepper. The combination of these flavors infuses the ground pork with a mouth-watering taste that is sure to have your guests asking for more. The seasoning process is simple – just blend all the ingredients in a food processor until finely minced, then mix with the ground pork.

To ensure the perfect texture and taste, the mixture should be chilled for at least 4 hours or overnight before shaping into patties. Cooked to perfection in a non-stick skillet, these patties will have a beautiful golden-brown color and a juicy interior, as evidenced by the kitchen thermometer reading of 160°F.

Feeling adventurous? Try making these patties with ground turkey instead of pork, following a slight variation in the procedure. The result? A delicious, alternative version that's equally satisfying.

Don't settle for ordinary appetizers at your next gathering. Whip up a batch of Fresh Pork Sausage Patties and elevate your hosting game. Your guests will thank you!
