- 1 cup onion vertically sliced
- 6 tablespoons pecorino romano cheese fresh divided grated
- 8 ounces penne pasta uncooked
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 1.3 pounds tomatoes chopped

- Remove casings from sausage.
