  • tablespoon sriracha 
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves 
  • cups coleslaw mix 
  • cups brown rice cooked (such as uncle Ben's ready rice; use an 8.8-ounce bag)
  • cup edamame frozen shelled thawed
  • cup edamame frozen shelled thawed
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • tablespoons soy sauce reduced-sodium
  • 0.3 cup peanuts chopped
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large heavy-bottomed skillet over high heat.
