Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
  • 24  chicken tenderloins 
  •  eggs beaten
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • tablespoons horseradish prepared
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • tablespoons mustard prepared
  • quarts oil for frying
  • cups seasoned bread crumbs italian-style
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour
  • tablespoons water 
  • dash worcestershire sauce 

Equipment

  • deep fryer

Directions

  1. Place flour in a shallow bowl.
  2. Place breadcrumbs in a separate shallow bowl, and mix with ground black pepper and cayenne pepper.
  3. Place eggs and water in a small bowl.
  4. One piece at a time, coat the chicken in the flour, the eggs and the bread crumbs, and set aside.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  6. In small batches, fry chicken 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove chicken, and drain on paper towels.
  8. In a separate small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
  9. Mix well, and serve with the chicken for dipping.
