  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 28 ounce canned tomatoes italian-style undrained coarsely chopped canned
  • cups pasta hot cooked uncooked ( 8 ounces pasta)
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • teaspoon basil dried
  •  garlic cloves crushed
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • ounce parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic; saut 1 minute.
  3. Add basil, salt, peppers, and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken.
  4. Serve over pasta; top with cheese.
