  • tablespoon ginger fresh grated
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • servings garnish: green onion strips 
  • pound pork tenderloins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Place pork tenderloins on a lightly greased rack in a foil-lined roasting pan.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with salt.
  3. Combine preserves and next 4 ingredients.
  4. Spread evenly over pork.
  5. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 15
  6. Remove from oven; cover and let stand 10 minutes or until thermometer registers 16
  7. Garnish, if desired.
