  • optional: crystallized ginger finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • cup gingersnaps crushed
  • 0.5 cup sugar

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well with a spoon.
  2. Sprinkle streusel over top of frozen cheesecake.
  3. Bake at 425 for 16 to 19 minutes, or until streusel is golden. Scoop warm cheesecake into serving bowls.
