  •  gingersnaps crushed
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream 
  • pint butter pecan ice cream 
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. In a chilled bowl, using an electric mixer on medium-high speed with chilled beaters, whip cream and sugar until cream holds stiff peaks.
  2. Divide ice cream among 4 bowls. Top each with bananas and caramel.
  3. Sprinkle with crushed gingersnaps. Dollop whipped cream on top and serve immediately.
