  • tablespoon creamy peanut butter reduced-fat
  • tablespoon ginger fresh grated peeled
  • 0.5 cup spring onion 
  • tablespoons hoisin sauce 
  • 0.3 cup sauce 
  • teaspoons juice of lime fresh
  • teaspoon soy sauce 
  • teaspoons soy sauce 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • ounces udon noodles fresh whole-wheat thick uncooked (, Japanese wheat noodles)
