"Grands!® Fruit Cobbler is a delightful dessert that's perfect for any occasion. This recipe is a twist on the classic cobbler, featuring a combination of juicy peaches, pears, and strawberries, all topped with buttery biscuit pieces. It's a simple yet impressive dish that's sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The key to this cobbler's success lies in the preparation of the fruit filling. By tossing the peaches and pears with lemon juice, you not only add a bright, citrusy flavor but also help to prevent the fruit from browning. The addition of cornstarch ensures that the filling thickens nicely, creating a luscious sauce that coats the fruit. The cinnamon and sugar mixture adds a warm, spicy note, enhancing the natural sweetness of the fruit.

The biscuit topping is what truly sets this cobbler apart. By using Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, you get a light and fluffy texture that's irresistible. Coating the biscuit pieces in melted butter and cinnamon sugar creates a golden, crispy exterior that contrasts beautifully with the soft, tender interior. As the cobbler bakes, the biscuit pieces become deeply golden and develop a slightly crunchy texture, providing a delightful contrast to the soft fruit filling.

This cobbler is incredibly versatile and can be adapted to suit your preferences. If you're not a fan of strawberries, you can easily substitute them with fresh or frozen blackberries, adding a burst of tartness to the dish. You can also experiment with different types of fruit, such as apples, plums, or even tropical fruits like mangoes and pineapples.

Serving this cobbler warm is essential to fully appreciate its flavors and textures. As it cools, the biscuit topping will absorb some of the fruit juices, creating a delightful, slightly soggy bottom that's a treat in itself. A scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream on top adds a creamy element, balancing the sweetness and enhancing the overall enjoyment of this dessert.

Grands!® Fruit Cobbler is a crowd-pleaser that's perfect for family gatherings, potlucks, or even as a special weekend treat. Its simplicity and use of readily available ingredients make it an accessible dessert for home bakers of all skill levels. With its mouthwatering combination of fruit and buttery biscuit topping, this cobbler is sure to become a favorite in your recipe collection."
