Ingredients

  • oz alouette garlic & herbs spreadable cheese 
  • 0.3 cup kalamata olives dry coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 cup spring onion finely chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons oregano fresh chopped
  •  chicken breast boneless skinless
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, stir together cheese, olives, onions and oregano.
  2. Place chicken breasts flat on cutting surface.
  3. Cut a lengthwise slit in each chicken breast forming a pocket, keeping other 3 sides intact. Stuff each chicken with cheese mixture; secure with toothpicks.
  4. Brush chicken with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
