  • 0.3 cup red wine vinegar 
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • teaspoon oregano dried fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • oz rotini pasta uncooked
  • oz genoa salami hard quartered
  • medium cucumber seeded cut into chunks (1 1/4 cups)
  • small bell pepper green cut into thin bite-sized strips
  • small bell pepper red cut into thin bite-sized strips
  • medium tomatoes cut into wedges, then cut in half
  • 0.5 cup greek olives sliced
  • 0.3 cup basil dried fresh sliced
  • 1.5 cups feta cheese crumbled

Directions
