Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup yogurt plain fat free yoplait® (from 2-lb container)
  • 0.3 cup onion red chopped
  • 0.3 cup cucumber chopped
  • lb pd of ground turkey lean
  • 0.5 cup yogurt plain fat free yoplait® (from 2-lb container)
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  •  hamburger buns whole wheat split

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix sauce ingredients; refrigerate until serving.
  2. In medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients except buns. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick and 5 inches in diameter.
  3. Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F.
  4. Serve patties in buns with sauce.
