Ingredients

  • cup canned tomatoes fire roasted organic crushed (from 14.5-oz can)
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • teaspoon seasoning italian
  • slices mozzarella fresh
  •  hawaiian rolls split mini ()

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, toss tomatoes and basil; cover and refrigerate.
  2. In medium bowl, mix ground beef and Italian seasoning. Shape into 8 equal patties.
  3. Place patties in grill basket; place on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F.
  4. Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Top each with slice of cheese and spoonful of tomato mixture. Cover with top halves of buns.
