  • servings cheddar cheese shredded
  • 10-inch flour tortilla 
  • leaves lettuce 
  • servings olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing divided
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  •  chicken breast boneless skinless
  •  zucchini sliced lengthwise into 1/ slices
