Ingredients

  • box ranch & bacon pasta salad mix betty suddenly salad®
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • tablespoon dijon honey mustard 
  • cups roasted chicken cubed
  • cups baby spinach fresh washed
  • cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.3 cup celery chopped
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  •  hardboiled eggs coarsely chopped
  • slices bacon crumbled cooked

Directions

  1. Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain.
  3. In large bowl, stir together seasoning mix, mayonnaise and honey mustard.
  4. Add pasta, chicken, spinach, tomatoes, celery, cheese and eggs; toss gently to coat. Top with crumbled bacon.
  5. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 1 hour to chill.
