Ingredients

  • tablespoon wine dry white dry flavored (from 32-oz carton)
  •  beef top sirloin steaks boneless
  • teaspoon sage dried fresh crumbled chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • teaspoon oregano dried fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil

  1. Mix all ingredients except beef steaks in shallow glass or plastic dish.
  2. Add beef; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning beef occasionally.
  3. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  4. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Cover and grill beef 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 12 to 16 minutes for medium doneness, turning once.
