  • pound pacific halibut filets 
  • teaspoon lemon pepper 
  • medium bell pepper red cut into 1-inch pieces
  • teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • medium summer squash cut into 2x1-inch strips
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  2. Cut four 18x12-inch pieces of heavy-duty foil; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Cut fish into 4 serving pieces if necessary.
  4. Place 1 fish piece on each foil piece.
