Ingredients

  • inch bamboo skewers 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoon garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup guava glaze 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  •  cranberry-orange relish cut into 12 wedges
  •  ají dulce peppers quartered
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 12 large shrimp deveined peeled

Directions

  1. Soak skewers in water 1 hour, and prepare grill.
  2. Toss shrimp with garlic and oil. Wrap each shrimp around a pepper piece, and thread onto a skewer.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill skewers 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Remove skewers from grill.
  6. Brush shrimp with Guava Glaze.
  7. Add 1 orange wedge to end of each skewer.
