  • ounces cheddar cheese cut into sticks
  • ounces deli- ham cut into strips
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • tablespoon optional: dill fresh chopped
  •  bell pepper green thinly sliced
  • servings kosher salt 
  • tablespoons yogurt plain low-fat
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • servings pepper freshly ground
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 small head romaine lettuce thinly sliced
  •  scallions thinly sliced
  • 12 ounces multigrain spaghetti

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook as the label directs.
  3. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
  4. Whisk the vinegar, yogurt, mustard, scallions, dill, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste in a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle in the olive oil, whisking to combine.
  6. Add the spaghetti, bell pepper, ham, cheese and romaine; toss to combine.
