  •  carrots cut into thin strips
  • 12 ounces finely-chopped ham fully cooked cut into thin strips
  • 10  dates pitted roughly chopped
  • 12 large flour tortilla 
  • teaspoon kosher salt 
  • head napa cabbage thinly sliced
  • 0.5  pineapple cut into thin strips
  • cup cream sour
  • 0.3 cup citrus champagne vinegar
