Ingredients

  • 10 ounces bread crumbs italian ready-to-serve thin (12 to 14 inches in diameter)
  • 0.5 cup finely-chopped ham diced fully cooked
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  •  eggs beaten
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.3 cup salad dressing 
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 40
  2. Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat.
  3. Pour eggs into skillet. As mixture begins to set at bottom and side, gently lift cooked portions with spatula so that thin, uncooked portion can flow to bottom. Avoid constant stirring. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist.
  4. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread evenly over crust. Top with eggs, ham, onions, bell pepper and cheese.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
