  • 16 ounce tomato sauce canned
  • ounce curd cottage cheese 
  • ounce cream cheese softened
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • pound ground beef lean
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 16 ounce soup noodles 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour
  • teaspoon sugar white

Directions

  1. In a large pot cook with boiling salted water cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat cook ground beef and chopped onions until brown. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. In a large bowl combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, softened cream cheese, green onion, and green bell pepper.
  6. To assemble, in a greased 11x7x1 1/2 inch baking dish spread half of the cooked and drained pasta. Top with half of the meat mixture. Cover with cheese mixture and remaining noodles and meat sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheat 350 degree F(175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
