This recipe is perfect for those who appreciate bold flavors and hearty meals, making it an ideal choice for lunch or dinner.

The hanger steak, known for its rich, beefy flavor and tender texture, is the star of this dish. Marinated in a zesty blend of fresh lemon and orange juices, along with a hint of white wine vinegar, the steaks absorb a delightful citrusy essence that elevates their natural taste. The addition of powdered adobo seasoning adds a layer of complexity, making each bite a burst of flavor.

Accompanying the steaks is the unique malanga mash, a creamy and satisfying side that complements the meat beautifully. Malanga, a root vegetable often found in Latin markets, offers a nutty flavor and smooth texture, making it a fantastic alternative to traditional mashed potatoes.

Ready in just 80 minutes, this dish serves four and is perfect for gatherings or a cozy family dinner. With a caloric breakdown that emphasizes protein and healthy fats, you can enjoy a delicious meal without compromising on your dietary preferences. Get ready to impress your guests and satisfy your cravings with this exquisite combination of flavors!
