  • 15 servings biscuits 
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • oz cream cheese softened
  • oz feta cheese softened
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoon tarragon fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove pressed
  • teaspoons lemon zest 
  • teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • sprigs cranberries dried fresh sweetened

  • ramekin
  • hand mixer

Directions

  1. Beat first 9 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  3. Line 2 (10-oz.) ramekins with plastic wrap, allowing 3 inches to extend over sides; spoon cheese mixture into ramekins. Cover and chill 24 hours.
  4. Invert cheeses onto serving dishes.
  5. Serve with Biscuit Crostini.
