  • tablespoons hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 0.3 cup oyster sauce 
  •  pork chops 1-inch-thick () (2 lb total)
  • servings rice cooked
  • bunch spring onion 
  • tablespoon soya sauce

Directions

  1. Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut scallions diagonally into 2-inch pieces.
