  •  spring onion thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup hoisin sauce 
  • pound pork tenderloins trimmed
  • 0.3 cup salad dressing chinese
  • tablespoon soya sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place rack in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  3. Add enough water to reachdepth of 1/4 inch (it should not touch rack).Stir hoisin and soy sauce in small bowl;brush thickly all over pork. Arrange pork onrack in pan.
  4. Pour any remaining sauce over.
  5. Roast pork until thermometer insertedinto center registers 145°F, about 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer pork to cutting board. Cover looselywith foil; let rest 10 minutes (internaltemperature will rise slightly).
  7. Meanwhile, toss carrots and allremaining ingredients in large bowl.
  8. Thinly slice pork on slight diagonal.Arrange on platter.
  9. Drizzle with any juicesfrom board.
