  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon hot sauce 
  • cups milk 
  • 0.3 cup onion minced
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup turkey cooked chopped

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add onion; saute until tender.
  3. Add flour, garlic salt, and hot sauce; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk; cook until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; stir in cheese until melted.
  4. Add ham and turkey; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated. (Do not boil.)
  5. Serve with desired toppings.
