  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • ounces crabmeat flaked drained well canned
  • ounces pimientos diced drained well
  • 0.5 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 cup approx cream cheese spread (from 8-ounce container)
  • 0.3 teaspoon hot sauce red
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
