  • ounces crabmeat flaked drained well canned
  • 0.3 cup approx cream cheese spread (from 8-ounce container)
  • 0.5  crusty baguette french cut into 1/4-inch slices (24 slices)
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon hot sauce red
  • ounces pimientos diced drained well
  • 0.5 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 40
  2. Place bread slices on large ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Brushtops lightly with oil.
  4. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp and very light brown.
  5. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients except chives in medium bowl.
  6. Spread 1 rounded table-spoonful crabmeat mixture on each bread slice.
  7. Bake about 5 minutes or until filling is hot and cheese is melted.
  8. Sprinkle withchives.
