  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • pound chicken breast tenders 
  • tablespoons italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon penzey's southwest seasoning dried italian
  • ounce pasta fresh uncooked
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • ounce preshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 
  • tablespoons pimento-stuffed olives chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 29 ounce stewed tomatoes italian-style undrained canned

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain well; keep warm.
  3. While pasta cooks, dredge chicken in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Stir in olives and next 4 ingredients (olives through tomatoes). Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
  5. Serve over linguine, and top with cheese.
