Ingredients

  • cups broccoli chopped
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper red yellow chopped
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup milk 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In 2-quart saucepan, heat 1 inch water (salted if desired) to boiling.
  3. Add broccoli; cover and heat to boiling. Cook about 5 minutes or until almost tender; drain thoroughly.
  4. In pie plate, stir together broccoli, onion, bell pepper and cheese. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended.
  5. Pour into pie plate.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
