Ingredients

  • 20 ounces asparagus frozen thawed drained well
  • 0.5 cup spring onion sliced
  • 12 ounces swiss cheese shredded
  • 12 ounces tuna flaked drained canned
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  • tablespoon basil dried fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°. Spray rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle asparagus, onions, 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and the salmon in baking dish.
  3. Stir remaining ingredients except cheese until blended.
  4. Pour into baking dish.
  5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese.
  7. Bake about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
