  • 1.5 cups water 
  • medium potatoes peeled
  • 0.5 cup celery stalks sliced
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • cup milk 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper white
  •  spring onion thinly sliced

Directions

  2. Add potatoes and celery. Cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Drain liquid into blender.
  4. Remove 3 cups cooked vegetables from saucepan; place in blender with liquid.
  5. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and blend about 1 minute until smooth.
  6. Stir pureed vegetables back into saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
