  • 10 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.3 cup chives fresh chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.8 cup pecorino cheese finely grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • medium zucchini halved lengthwise (1 lb total)
