  • 0.5 cup kahlua (coffee-flavored liqueur)
  • 24  ladyfingers (2 [3-ounce] packages)
  • cup part-skim ricotta cheese 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • tablespoon cocoa unsweetened

Directions

  1. Combine the ricotta, cream cheese, and sugar in a food processor; process until smooth.
  2. Split the ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Arrange 24 halves in a single layer in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with half the Kahlua, and let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Spread half of cheese mixture evenly over the ladyfingers. Repeat procedure with the remaining ladyfingers, Kahla, and cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cocoa.
