  • 15.5 oz great northern beans rinsed drained canned
  • 40  round buttery crackers crisp
  • 0.8 cup pizza cheese shredded italian finely
  • tablespoon oregano fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup parmesan fresh shredded
  • 0.5 cup pepperoncini peppers drained chopped
  • oz pepperoni finely chopped

Directions

  1. Place beans, Parmesan cheese and salad dressing in food processor bowl with metal blade; process until smooth.
  2. Spread mixture in ungreased 9-inch microwave-safe pie pan or quiche dish.
  3. Top with pepperoni, pepperoncini peppers, shredded Italian cheese blend and oregano. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap.
  4. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, turning pan once halfway through cooking.
