Ingredients

  • 0.7 cup bread crumbs dry italian
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • teaspoon mustard dry
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • teaspoons rosemary fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 1.5 pounds pd of ground turkey lean
  • tablespoons oregano fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons buttery spread organic softened melt®
  • 0.3 cup tomato sauce 

Equipment

  • broiler pan

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together except for the Melt®; stir well in a bowl. Form around 30 balls out of the mixture.
  3. Put them on a broiler pan coated with the melted Melt.
  4. Bake around 15 minutes or until a cut meatball shows no pink inside.
  5. Serve with pasta and sauce or place on a sandwich.
