  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Pour beans into hot skillet. Stir in lemon-pepper, Creole seasoning, and a few grinds of black pepper. Cover, and cook, stirring often, until beans are golden brown and begin to 'jump' around the pan, about 5 minutes.
