Ingredients

  • ounce olives black drained chopped canned
  • pinch garlic powder 
  • servings ground pepper black to taste
  • pound ground beef lean
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 16 ounces fettuccine pasta dry
  • servings salt to taste
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.3 ounce taco seasoning 
  •  tomatoes diced

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook ground beef.
  4. Drain excess grease.
  5. Add taco seasoning packet as directed on package.
  6. Transfer pasta to a large bowl. Toss with cooked meat mixture, prepared cheese, and tomatoes. If desired, add sliced olives. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve immediately.
