  • 0.3 cup kansas city barbecue sauce 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoons canola oil 
  • cup celery finely chopped
  • tablespoons cider vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh finely chopped
  • teaspoons mustard prepared
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • pounds potatoes red cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • tablespoons kansas city rub dry
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt divided

Directions
